Set in the heart of the Miami's Design District, an almost kitsch collection of galleries, casting agencies, and modern furniture showrooms emerge from a former warehouse zone... the ideal site for an Institute of Visual Arts.

Art is believed to come from a blend of two powerful forces. The first being an external influence, the artist's surroundings, context, history and memory, mentors and friends. The second is from within as an internal expression. These forces can create art, and for the Institute, they are the ideas that form Architecture.
